The Law is Personal When It's Your Family
At Whole Family Legal, we understand that family law is about more than cases and courtrooms. Our own family has been shaped by the legal system, too. That experience informs the compassion, practicality, and perspective we bring to the families we serve.

Practicing Law since 2001
Rebecca Pescador began practicing law in Colorado in 2001, after earning both her Juris Doctor and Master of Management degrees from Willamette University in 1998. Her practice increasingly focused on family law beginning in 2006, followed by trusts and estates in 2007.
The firm has changed over the years—names have changed, the practice has grown, and Rebecca's own family has grown along with it. What hasn't changed is the idea at the center of her work: legal problems don't happen in isolation. They happen to people, families, relationships, and lives.
That family-centered perspective was part of Rebecca's vision long before Whole Family Legal had its current name. Today, it continues to shape how the firm approaches everything from divorce and adoption to estate planning and probate.

Doc Ross
Retired Office Assistant & Unofficial Client Counselor
A jack of all trades in the truest sense, Doc brought an unusually varied life experience to Whole Family Legal—and a remarkable ability to help anxious clients come down off the ceiling. He is now happily retired.
Before joining Whole Family Legal, Doc's unusually varied career included electronics engineering, personal security, and a few chapters of his life that are probably better discussed over coffee.
